Weather Cancellations:

​

Sometimes, ADCKC decides to cancel a regatta due to weather (heavy rain, extreme winds, lightning). As soon as we receive notification of a cancellation, we will do our best to reach out to parents with this information.

Summer Racing Schedule - 2024  (Not complete, some dates TBD)

July 6, 2024: U16-Open Crew Boat Regatta at Maskwa

• For all athletes in the U16 program and older (ages 14 - 99).

• Some athletes (ages 12-14) will be invited to compete.

• Year-round athletes (ages 11+) may be asked to compete.

July 10, 2024: U12/U14 Regatta Singles at Maskwa & Lake Banook

• For athletes in the (U12 & U14) age category

• Under 12 or 14 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition

• Some U10 athletes will be invited to participate

July 20, 2024: U12/U14 Regatta Crewboats at Lake Banook

• For athletes in the U12/U14 age category

• Under 12 or 14 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition

• Some U10 athletes will be invited to participate

July 26-28, 2024: ADCKC U16-Open Championships at Lake Banook

• All athletes U16 and older (ages 14 - 99) are expected to attend.

• Some athletes (ages 12-14) will be invited to compete.

• Year-round athletes (ages 11+) may be asked to compete.

 

August 3, 2024: U12 Regatta TBD

• For athletes in the (U12) age category

• Under 12 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition

• Some (U10) athletes will be invited to participate

 

August 4, 2024: U14 Regatta TBD

• For athletes in the U14 age category

• Under 14 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition

• Some U12 athletes will be invited to participate

 

August 12, 2024: U10 Final TBD

• Starts at the end of the day (4pm) and until early evening

• For athletes in the U10 regular summer program

• Under 10 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition.

 

August 13-15, 2024: U12/U14 Championships at Lake Banook

• For athletes in the (U12) age category

• Under 12 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition

• Some (U10) athletes will be invited to participate

• For athletes in the U14 age category

• Under 14 years of age on the 1st of January of the year of the competition

August 20-24, 2024: CKC National Championships at Welland, Ontario

• For all athletes in the U16 program and older (ages 14 - 99)
