May–June: Get Ready for Summer (Dryland Training)
Start the season strong with a 2 month off-water program focused on building strength, endurance, and core stability.
Sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:15-7:30pm

July–August: Adult Stay Fit & Learn to Paddle Program
A fun, inclusive on-water program that combines fitness and skill development. Perfect for adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to those looking to stay active on the water.
New paddlers will learn the basics in stable crew boats, while more experienced participants can build fitness and refine technique.
No experience necessary.
Sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:15-7:30pm
Program includes:
Introduction to paddling technique and water safety
Team paddling in crew boats (C15 and similar)
Intro to K1
Fitness-focused paddling sessions
Supportive, social environment
Masters Competitive Program
Designed for experienced paddlers who want to train at a higher level, with the option to compete.
This program is geared toward athletes preparing for competition, including the opportunity to participate in this year’s World Championships being held locally.
Details:
2–3 practices per week (evenings/weekends) Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:15-7:30pm and Saturdays 7:45-9am
Structured, coached training sessions
Focus on performance, technique, and race preparation
Participants should have previous paddling experience and be comfortable training at a higher intensity.
